## Refund And Guarantee Terms

- Fit guarantee before payment: if TinyStudio cannot name at least one concrete public-site leak worth investigating, TinyStudio should not take the sprint.
- Refund before work starts: payment is refundable until intake is submitted or TinyStudio begins the sprint work, whichever happens first.
- Delivery guarantee after work starts: if an included deliverable is missing, TinyStudio will complete the missing item once at no extra charge within 5 business days.
- No outcome guarantee: TinyStudio does not promise revenue, ROAS, SEO rankings, AI visibility, conversion lift, or sales lift.
